Press felt paper making felt
There are three series of papermaking felts available in the market. They are single layer base mesh,double layer base mesh and triple layer base mesh.According there structures,they can be divided into formed felt, pressed felt, upper felt, dryer felt, pulp board felt and so on.

Paper making felts are generally made of the base mesh layer and the fiber layer.The base mesh can be single,double or triple layers. The double base mesh layer can also have a 1+1 laminated. The triple layer base mesh can also be divided into 1+2 or 2+2 laminated. All mesh bases are woven by monofilament or twisted monofilament yarns. The fiber layers are woven by different sizes of polyamide fibers.Fiber layers and base mesh layer are attached by needle stitching to form the felt

Single layer ROM felt

Application: Cylinder,Super forming,fourdrinier,Inclined wire machine,Nip wire machine etc for forming section felt,press felt

Double layer ROM felt

Application: Multi-cylinder,super forming,fourdrinier,superposition wire,nip wire paper making machine ect for different kinds of paper machine press felt and forming felt.

Triple layer ROM felt

Application: Medium/high velocity paper machine of multi-cylinder,fourdrinier,superposition wire, vacuum composite press,large diameter roll press, shoe press etc.
